NAPOLI - Una pianista scomoda, un direttore infastidito, un conservatorio sotto i riflettori.
Al San Pietro a Majella, il direttore Patrizio Marrone aveva voluto assistere personalmente all’esame di pianoforte complementare di un’allieva della classe di canto. Visto l'esame, avrebbe poi imposto alla commissione la bocciatura.
LA DENUNCIA AL TAR - La giovane musicista ha sporto denuncia e il Tar del Lazio le ha dato ragione, disponendo che possa essere sottoposta di nuovo all’esame, e al giudizio di una «idonea commissione». Ora la studentessa chiede le dimissioni di Marrone.
BOCCIATA, SENZ'ALTRO BOCCIATA - La bocciatura risale al 3 settembre scorso: Serena Stabile, secondo il suo legale, Giuseppe Leotta, sarebbe «invisa» al direttore, Patrizio Marrone, in quanto membro della consulta studentesca e del consiglio accademico: «Non era più gradita al direttore - sostiene l’avvocato - che non vedeva di buon occhio le battaglie per la trasparenza e la legalità della gestione che gli studenti continuano a portare avanti, anche grazie all’attività della Stabile».
ISCRIZIONE RIFIUTATA - «Dopo la bocciatura, Marrone ha poi rifiutato l’iscrizione all’anno accademico 2009/10, espellendo di fatto l’allieva. Si tratta di fatti di inaudita gravità - continua Leotta -, all’antitesi dei principi di legalità e di imparzialità che devono invece ispirare l’azione delle pubbliche amministrazioni. Non è ammissibile che il Direttore abbia usato l’autorità che gli deriva dalla funzione ricoperta per liberarsi di una studentessa «scomoda» ma senz’altro meritevole sul piano del profitto. Il ministero dovrebbe fare chiarezza, invitandolo a dimettersi». «Sono felicissima - racconta la Stabile - per una decisione che ero certa che prima o poi sarebbe arrivata, anche se ho passato un periodo in cui sono stata malissimo per quello che mi è successo. Ma, siccome non tutti i mali vengono sempre per nuocere, penso che l’ingiustizia subita mi abbia fatto maturare come donna e come cittadina. Adesso, più che mai, sono convinta che il nostro agire debba essere sempre improntato al principio di legalità. Ed è per questo che ritengo che il Direttore debba dimettersi».
